Meetings & Minutes

Meetings are held at 8:00 a.m. on the second Tuesday of each month temporarily at 161 Bay Road, Fort Myers Beach, Florida 33932.

The purpose of the meetings are to conduct normal district business and to take any and all official action that may be appropriate. Anyone wishing to appeal any action of the Board of Commissioners at the below referenced meetings is responsible to have a verbatim record made. This record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Should an individual require special aid or services as addressed in the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), please contact the district (239) 247-1205.
